The flagship poker room in the Chico network has launched a new version of its loyalty program. This time, all BetOnline players can receive weekly rakeback starting at 10%. In this article, we'll explore the terms and additional bonuses announced by the site.

BetOnline Poker launched its Loyalty & Rewards Program on November 28, 2025, linked to the site's VIP system for casino and sports betting players.

The qualifying period runs from 12:00 AM ET on Friday to 11:59 PM ET on Thursday. You must leave all cash tables by this time for your rakeback to be calculated correctly.

All poker room players are guaranteed a base 10% rakeback. It is paid every Friday before 12:00 PM ET.

The rakeback percentage depends on your VIP level in the global VIP Rewards program:

*Bets only count in the casino and sportsbook. Playing poker does not affect VIP level progression.

In fact, most BetOnline players will receive 10% because they don't bet in the casino, and the requirements for leveling up are quite high. Tigergaming doesn't offer VIP Rewards.
