Top 50 Series Poker Episode 5: €1,000,000 GTD on iPoker

Features of the fifth episode

The iPoker Network continues its experiments with tournaments. In 2023, it is presented to the players as separate episodes of a single annual cycle. So far, three such episodes have been held, and two have already been announced for April.

From April 7 to 24, Episode 5 will be held at iPoker Network (RedStar Poker, Guts Poker, and Betfair Poker): Top 50 Series, guaranteeing €1,000,000 across 50 tournaments with a €50 buy-in.

This time we are talking about a full-fledged series; all events feature the same buy-in. It is worth considering that most regular MTTs in these rooms have smaller entries.

1. All Hold'em tournaments will be held in PKO format.
2. From 2 to 4 events are planned daily.
3. The average guarantee (excluding the Main Event) is €17,350.
4. Only one tournament will be multi-stage: €150,000 Main Event.

Episode 5 Main Event

The €150,000 GTD E5 Main Event Top 50 ends on April 24.

And from April 7th, 8-9 flights will be held to it every day.

Flight's Structure:

• Starting stack: 12,500 chips (125 BB).
• The blinds grow every 10 minutes.
• Late registration with up to 5 re-entries for 11 levels.
• All players who "survive" level 15 will qualify for Day 2.

The “Stack Builder” option is enabled in the Main Event: the stacks “stuffed” in different flights are summed up for the final day.

There are daily direct satellites from €0.50 to €7.5. You can qualify via freerolls.

Episode 5 Missions

During the series, there will be 3 special missions with tickets for the €3,000 Episode 5 Freeroll:

1. Triple Crown — play all three €50K GTD Sunday XL.
2. Double Shot — qualify for Day 2 in any flight of the Main Event.
3. Let Me In — play 10 satellites from €3.

You can win a ticket in each mission; the freeroll will be held on April 25.

The Superstack €200,000 GTD

Simultaneously with the Top 50 Series, throughout April, iPoker will host flights to The Superstack €200,000 GTD PKO tournament for €25 as part of Episode 4.

It has to collect almost 9,000 entries to avoid an overlay and will most likely become the biggest tournament in the network's history.

There are up to 17 flights daily (satellites from €0.20 to €5 are available), and they have the same structure as the Episode 5 Main Event. The final stage of the tournament will begin on April 30.

Players can take part in missions:

• Revenue — earn 3,500 bonus points per week (the prize is a €25 ticket).
• First In — qualify for the second day in the first two weeks.
• Hunting Grounds — knock out 5 players in flights in the first two weeks.
• Alpha Predator — knock out 10 players in total.
• Step by Step — play 15 satellites from €0.20.
• Stack Builder — play any 5 flights.

Those completing tasks 2-3 will receive a ticket for E4: €1,000 Part 1 Freeroll (starting on April 17), and tasks 4-5 — for E4: €1,000 Part 2 Freeroll (starting May 1).
