Twister Boost at RedStar Poker
On May 8, 2024, the iPoker Network introduced the unique "Twister Boost" feature to its Twister spins. Now, when the minimum x2 and x3 multipliers drop, players can increase the prize pool up to 1,000 buy-ins. We'll figure out how "Twister Boost" works and its nuances below.
How does Twister Boost work?
After the buy-in multiplier is dropped at the table, a pop-up message appears with an offer to play an extra prize.
If the player agrees, he must click the "Boost!" button. Then, a boost icon will appear above his avatar. If all three players have agreed, the prize selection reel spins again.
You can spin it if all the tournament participants agree and the maximum multiplier has yet to be reached. Or until the limit of attempts runs out.
All prizes are summed up, but an additional buy-in is taken for each Twister Boost.
After the final amount of the prize money is determined, the game begins.
Terms
- Twister Boost is available only on those Spin limits where the "Boost" icon appears.
- The option can be enabled or disabled in the "My Account-Twister Boost" section.
- The decision to accept or cancel the boost is given 20 seconds.
- A boost of prizes is possible only when multipliers x2 and x3 are dropped (86.4% of all Twisters).
- Statistics of Twister Boost games played are available in the "My Account-History-Tournaments" section. The amount spent on boosters is displayed in the new "Extra prize draw" category.
